Refund Policy

This page summarizes the cancellation and refund policy of MCARTUR Financial Tracker, operated by McArtur Digital Ventures. It is the same policy as section 5 of the Terms of Service.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, ask us for a refund within 7 days of your first charge (when you first subscribe) and we will refund that charge in full, no explanation needed. This applies to both the monthly plan (US$15) and the annual plan (US$59).

How to request a refund

Email us at info@mcarturdigital.com from your account email within the 7 days. We normally reply within 2 business days. The refund is processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and may take a few days to appear on your payment method.

Renewals

Renewals, monthly or annual, are not covered by the guarantee. To avoid a future charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal of your subscription (the link comes in your purchase email). After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription will not renew.

After the 7 days

After that period and on renewals, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for unused time or partial periods, except for the prorated credit applied when you switch plans and where required by applicable law.

Switching plans

If you are on the monthly plan, you can switch to the annual plan from the app (Settings → My subscription). Before you confirm you see the exact amount: the price of the annual plan minus a prorated credit for the time you did not use in the current monthly period. That credit applies only when switching plans and is not a refund. The charge for the plan change is not a first charge, so it is not covered by the 7-day guarantee. Before you cancel, save your backup

Your financial data lives on your device, not on our servers. Before you cancel or change devices, save a copy in Settings → "Save Copy". See the help page for details.
